Minimising actions and just going with the flow

Traffic noise fills your ears, your breathing isn't regular
You know you're on their radar, try to stay unnoticed
Gaze pinned to the ground as you try to cross the road
But you know the eyes are following, observing every move

In a moment of defiance, you stare into the camera's eye
In your mind the watchers expression changes
They know that you can't see them, but they feel exposed
Let your eyes burn into that camera, upsetting their calm

For a single, frozen second... you are turning tables.
But the system doesn't feel, it only ever recalibrates.
You're just a new variable in the data it accumulates.
