From the Cowley Schools Rolls Of Honour:- Joined 1915, 42nd Royal Highlanders (Black Watch) of Canada. Went to France the same year. Was in several attacks about Ypres. Was Killed in Action there and is buried at Maple Copse Military Cemetery, Ypres. Was 22 years of age.
